Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request

2 Prepare Your Item

Please ensure the item is:

  • In its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Packaged with all original tags, protective covers, and accessories intact.
  • Placed in the original packaging or a suitable substitute to prevent damage in transit.

3 Ship the Item Back

Once you receive your RMA number and instructions:

  • Securely pack the item.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip inside the box.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Ship to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS) and retaining your proof of postage.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
